Lifestyle Medicine and Mental Wellness - MetroMFT Peer Consultation in February

Join us for this month’s MetroMFT Peer Consultation Group, hosted by Lauren Messina, LCMFT, with a focus on Lifestyle Medicine and Mental Wellness.

This session offers a supportive, collaborative space for therapists interested in how evidence-based lifestyle practices—such as sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, social connection, and mindfulness—can support mental health and therapeutic outcomes.

Whether you're exploring how to integrate lifestyle interventions into treatment, consulting on specific cases, or seeking resources to support whole-person wellness, this group invites thoughtful discussion and shared insight.
