About
I am a licensed clinical social worker (she/her/hers) based in Bethesda, Maryland, and have been practicing since 2012. I specialize in individual therapy for teens and adults, with a particular focus on anxiety and ADHD. I take an integrative, holistic approach and support clients navigating life transitions, mental health concerns, and relationship challenges.
I bring extensive experience from outpatient mental health settings affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital, schools, community mental health, and group practices. I am the past President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Association for Behavioral Contextual Sciences (ACBS) and have presented internationally on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My work is grounded in strong supervision, collaboration with leaders in the field, and years of running individual and group therapy, including wellness and recovery groups for substance use concerns.
